Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with a great location, excellent staff, and a beautiful atmosphere thanks to the new renovations. However, I faced a couple of issues with room service and drainage in the shower, though the management handled them promptly. The dining at Lona Restaurant was a highlight, especially the tortilla chips and salsa. The only downside was the high resort fee and additional charges that added up quickly.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just across from the beach, and the staff in the dining areas were exceptional. However, I felt that the service outside the restaurants didn’t quite live up to the price we paid, and I wish there were more dining options available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I might consider other options next time.
